Goa Land Records: View Form I & Form XIV information
To view Form I and Form XIV, click on the button for the same, which is present at the top on the homepage. From the drop-down box, select the taluka, village, survey number and sub-division number. Enter the captcha and click on ‘view details’.
The Goa land records portal will show all information on Form 1 & XIV as shown below.
Note that Form I & XIV is provided for information purposes only. If you want a certified copy of the same, you can obtain it from the respective mamlatdar office.

Goa land records: View Form D information
Click on Form D on the Goa land records homepage, to view it. On clicking, you will have to select the details from the drop down box, including city, PT sheet number and chalta number. Next, enter the captcha and click on ‘View Details’.
You will get to view the Form ’D’ from the Goa land records portal, as shown in the picture below.
The Goa land records Form ‘D’ here is provided for viewing, for information purposes only. A certified copy of the same will have to be obtained from the respective ISLR office.

Goa land records: View mutation status
In the Goa land records, under mutation status, you can check for status of mutation to Form I & XIV and Form-D.
Status of mutation cases to Form I & XIV
Choose the Form I and XIV radio button and proceed with selecting the taluka. Then, enter the mutation number, the captcha code and press on ‘View Status’.
The Goa land records page will immediately show you the result, which will include the applicant’s name, request date, status of the mutation case and the certification date.
Status of mutation cases to Form D

To see the mutation status of Form-D, click on the same and enter your mutation number, enter the Captcha and press on ‘View Status’.
How to view Goa Land Records Notices
Partition notices
For viewing the notices regarding partition on the Goa land records page, click on Notices (partition). You can also check by entering details of either Form I and XIV or Form-D, as shown in the picture below.
Mutation notices
The mutation public notices of Goa land records can be viewed by clicking on the Public Notices (Mutation) button. One can also see the notices for a particular period by filling in details in Form I and XIV or in Form -D.

Services available at Goa Land Records office
Inspection of all cadastral plans/records
Approach the director’s office at Panaji or any of the lower offices, depending on your property’s location. You will be able to inspect the records on the same day, after filling the application form and paying the prescribed fees.

Inspection of pre-liberation land records
Approach only the office of the director in Panaji. You can inspect the records on the same day, after filling the application form and paying the prescribed fees.
Issuing of computerised certified copy of new cadastral/resurvey plans or village maps
To avail of this approach the head office, Panaji for City Survey, Panaji, Tiswadi, Dharbandora and Sanguem Taluka. For Salcete, Quepem, Bardez and Ponda taluka, it is available at the respective CSC center. For all the remaining talukas, the same is available in the respective subordinate offices of this directorate. Next, fill the application form and pay the prescribed fees. Note the date of issue and collect the certified plan accordingly, after paying the balance amount, if any.
Issuing of certified copy of Alvara/title/old cadastral plan
This facility is available at the Panaji director office. Fill the prescribed application form and submit. If you have not got what you want, you will be intimated within five days. If you receive no intimation, then, revisit the office after eight days from the date of application, along with a court fee stamp of Rs 5 per copy of the document. Pay the prescribed fees and collect your documents. Note that the time taken for this service is eight days.
Issuing of certified copy of Form ‘D’ / Form ‘B’
These forms are available at the Office of Inspector of Survey & Land Records, City Survey, Panaji and Vasco. The same is also available at the respective CSC center. Fill the prescribed application form and pay the fees. On an appointed day, visit the office with a court fee stamp of Rs 5 for each certified copy. Pay the balance amount, if any and collect your certified copy.
Issuing of correspondence certificate
For this facility, head to the head office at Panaji and contact the person in the revenue section for details. Note that only the owner of the property or whose name appears on Form I & XIV can apply for the correspondence certificate. This certificate is issued only for partition and mutation purposes and cannot be used in the court. This service takes up to 15 days.
Confirmation of possession of property in city survey
Depending on location of the property, you can approach the Inspector of Surveys & Land Records concerned, if you are in legitimate possession of property in any of the regions including Margao, Mapusa, Vasco, or Panaji and make and application under Rule 6(1) of the city Survey Rules.
Next, the Inspector of Surveys & Land Records concerned will issue notices to all the parties concerned, hear all the parties present and pass an order that will confirm or reject the application.
If you are not happy with the order, you may file an appeal to the Superintendent of Surveys & Land Records, Panaji / Margao within 60 days. The records will be updated 60 days after passing of the order.
Mutation in city survey
According to the new notification in 2021, the powers of mutation are delegated to the respective mamlatdars.

Goa land records department online services
Digitally signed survey plan under e-District portal
Goa survey plans are available online under the e-District portal. The plans can be accessed and downloaded from anywhere by making an online payment to the Goa land records department.
Online issue of Form ‘D’ by city survey offices
A computerised copy of Form ’D’ is issued in city survey offices of the Goa Land Records Directorate on payment of fees that is associated with that survey. Also, now, Form ‘D’ can be applied for online on http://goaonline.gov.in. A digitally signed copy of this will be available, on online payment.
