India’s tallest buildings: Location and details
World One
City: Mumbai
Height: 280.2 metres
World One, developed by Lodha Group, the tallest building in Mumbai and in India, World One, is built on the 7.1-hectare site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other lower towers. The original idea was to build this tower at 442 metres tall but due to lack of permission from the Airports Authority of India (AAI), the tower was redesigned to its current height, making it the tallest skyscraper in India.
World View
City: Mumbai
Height: 277.5 metres
World View is located in the same complex as World One. With 73 floors, this is the second-tallest tower in India. The construction started in 2015 and took five years for completion. Located in the Lower Parel area, this complex is a notable landmark in the area.
The Park
City: Mumbai
Height: 268 metres
Built over an area of 17.5 acres, The Park is a luxury residential project, developed by the Lodha Group. The project became a huge success as several celebrities bought properties here, including superstar Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who bought a 4BHK home here. This tallest tower in India has 78 floors and offers uber-luxury apartments only to select individuals.
Nathani Heights

Nathani Heights is a residential skyscraper in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area. While the construction began in 2012, it took eight years to finish this tower. There are 72 floors in this highest floor building in India, which is located in one of the busiest areas of Mumbai.
The Imperial I and The Imperial II
City: Mumbai
Height: 256 metres
Located in Mumbai’s Tardeo, The Imperial is built on erstwhile slum land. The project is home to several high-net worth individuals (HNIs). This was a first-of-its kind project where modern twin-towers were constructed for residential purposes in India. The project was designed by Hafeez Contractor and is one of his most notable works.

Ahuja Towers is another residential project in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi, known for housing several celebrities including the home of Rohit Sharma, the star of the Indian cricket team. The tower was completed in 2019 and has 55 floors. Built by Ahuja Constructions, this is one of the premium projects in the vicinity.
One Avighna Park

This project is located in Lower Parel and has 61 floors. This is also a twin-tower structure developed by Avighna India ltd. The project was completed in 2019 and has 3, 4 and 5BHK apartments to offer only to select individuals. Crescent Bay

Height: 239 metres
