In this story, we list the seven tallest buildings in Mumbai city that have already been constructed and three real estate projects that are under construction and will become the tallest buildings once constructed.
Here are seven tall Mumbai buildings that have completed construction.
Mumbai’s tallest building #1: World One
World One, with a height of 280.2 metres, is the tallest and highest building in India. Located at Lower Parel, World One has been developed by the Lodha Group and has 78 floors with 76 floors above the ground and 2 floors below the ground. The project was envisaged to be 442 metres high but had to be redesigned owing to approval issues with the Airports Authority of India. This was the tallest building in Mumbai in 2020.

Located at Mahalakshmi, Lokhandwala Minerva is around 296. 2 metres. This second highest building in Mumbai will have two towers of 90 floors each.

Omkar 1973 from Omkar Group is located at Worli and will be around 267 metres. Towers A and B are expected to have 73 floors each.
