Here are seven tall Mumbai buildings that have completed construction.
Mumbai’s tallest building #1: World One
World One, with a height of 280.2 metres, is the tallest and highest building in India. Located at Lower Parel, World One has been developed by the Lodha Group and has 78 floors with 76 floors above the ground and 2 floors below the ground. The project was envisaged to be 442 metres high but had to be redesigned owing to approval issues with the Airports Authority of India. This was the tallest building in Mumbai in 2020.

In the same complex of World Towers by the Lodha Group, the second tallest building in India is the World View with a height of 277.6 metres and 73 floors.
Tallest building in Mumbai #3: The Park

Another project from the Lodha Group, The Park is located at Worli, Mumbai. It has 5 towers with a height of 268 metres and 78 floors each.
Highest building in Mumbai #4: Nathani Heights
Located near Mumbai central, Nathani Heights by Nathani Supariwala Realty is 262 metres tall and has 73 floors.
Tallest building in Mumbai #5: Imperial 1 and 2

Located in Tardeo, the Imperial Towers by Shapoorji Pallonji Group is one of Mumbai’s highest buildings whose construction was completed in 2010. Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, this is considered one of the best buildings in Mumbai with the skyscraper having 60 floors and a height of 254 metres.
Tallest building in Mumbai #6: Ahuja Towers
Built by the Ahuja Group, Ahuja Towers is one of the tallest buildings in Mumbai that is 249 metres high and has 54 floors. The project is located in Prabhadevi.

The luxurious twin residential project, One Avighna Park is located at Lower Parel and is 247 metres high. This luxury building has 61 floors and is built by Avighna Group.

Tallest building in Mumbai under construction #1: Palais Royale
Palais Royale is located at Worli. This Mumbai building will be approximately 320 metres high, making it the tallest Mumbai building with the highest number of floors. Palais Royale was bought by Honest Shelter in 2019 for a whopping Rs 705 crores in an auction. Spread over seven acres, this Mumbai building will have around 162 units and 88 floors.
Tallest under construction building in Mumbai #2: Lokhandwala Minerva
Located at Mahalakshmi, Lokhandwala Minerva is around 296. 2 metres. This second highest building in Mumbai will have two towers of 90 floors each.
Upcoming tallest building in Mumbai building #3: Omkar 1973
Omkar 1973 from Omkar Group is located at Worli and will be around 267 metres. Towers A and B are expected to have 73 floors each.
