Step 1: Click on the ‘Self-Assessment’ under the ‘Property / Holding Tax’ section.

Step 2: Select the ULB (urban local body) from the drop-down list. Click on ‘Go Now’.

Step 3: On the next page, you will be required to submit details such as ward number and holding number. Then, click on ‘Search’.

Step 4: The subsequent page will display all property tax-related details, including name, address, year, due date, demand amount, additional tax and total amount. At the end of the page, there will be options, namely ‘View Property Details’, ‘Pay Property Tax’ and ‘View Payment Details’. Click on ‘Pay Property Tax’.

Step 5: The next page will show the tax details, including rebate, penalty and total payable amount. Accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘Pay Property Tax Online’.

Step 6: You will be directed to the online payment screen. Select the preferred payment mode (credit card, debit card, internet banking or NEFT/RTGS). Click on ‘Make Payment’.

The property tax payment receipt will be generated. You can download, take a printout and save it for future reference.
