How can I check rural land records?

Step 1: Go to the official website of the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records, Goa at https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/. The home page will open. 

Step 2: Click on the Form I & XIV option on the Main Navigation Menu on the home page.

Step 3: This will lead you to the View Form I & XIV page. 

Step 4: Here, select your taluka, village, survey number, and subdivision number from the given list of options.

Form D helps you check land records for urban properties in Goa. You gain access to all the details regarding the land, such as its owner, its area, and other information.

How can I check urban land records?

Step 1: Open the official website of the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records, Goa at https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/. 

Step 2: Click on the Form D option on the Main Navigation Menu on the home page. 

Step 3: On the View Form D page, you will be asked to enter your details.

Step 4: Select your City, PT Sheet number and Chalta number from the given options. 

Step 5: Then, you will be asked to verify your identity with captcha verification. 

Step 6: Click on View Details to view the urban land records. 

This will only show you the details of your land. To get a digital copy, visit the respective office. 

How can I check mutation status for a rural area?

Mutation is defined as the legal procedure of changing titles in the land records or transferring property from one person to another. To check mutation status for a rural area, follow the given steps:

Step 1: Open the official website of the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records, Goa at https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/.  

Step 2: Select the Mutation Status option on the Main Navigation Menu on the home page. 

Step 3: On the top of the new page, you will find two options: Form I & XIV and Form D. Since you want to check the mutation status for a rural area, select Form I & XIV. 

Step 4: Select your taluka from the given options and enter your mutation number. 

Step 5: Verify your identity with captcha verification. 

Step 6: Click on View Status. 

If the details you have entered are correct, you will be redirected to the next page. 

How can I check mutation status for an urban area?

Step 1: Go to the official website of the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records, Goa at https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/.  

Step 2: Click on the Mutation Status option on the Main Navigation Menu. 

Step 3: To know the mutation status for an urban area, select the Form D option. 

Step 4: Here, you will be asked to enter your mutation number.

Step 4: Next, select your land type from the two mentioned options – Cultivable or Residential Land. 

Step 5: Choose the option you want to search by- Patta Number or RS No. 

Step 6: Based on what you have selected, enter your Patta Number or RS No.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records, Puducherry, at https://puducherry-dt.gov.in/dte-of-survey-and-land-records/. 

Step 2: Again, choose the guideline register value link under the Directorate for Survey and Land Records Website Details. 

Step 3: On the new page, select your region, taluk and village from the drop-down boxes.

Step 5: Type your subdivisions and click on Submit.
