• Visit the official website of MPonline. 

• Click on the “Apply for Kiosk” option.

• Check the appropriate options provided after reading all the guidelines.

• Click on “Verify”

• Fill in the application, document, shop details and asset details accordingly in their corresponding spaces on the form.

• Upload the required documents after the filing of the application form is complete.

• Click on the “Submit button” below.

• After the application is successfully submitted, you will be able to login to the portal by entering your chosen username and password.

• The online charge is variable based on the area, with a fee of Rs 3000 for registration in urban regions and Rs.1000 for registration in rural areas.
• You have to pay the online charge according to your area of business, depending on whether it is rural or urban.
• You can make upwards of fifteen and up to twenty thousand rupees per month by operating the MPOnline kiosk.

MPOnline: Payment status on the MPonline portal

Once your payment is completed, you can check your payment status on the MPOnline portal.

• On the homepage of the official MPOnline website, look for the Kiosk/citizen option.

• The next step is to select the verify payment option.

• On the following page, enter the transaction ID of your registration fee transaction.

• After the data inputting is complete, select the search button.
• You will be presented with a status report of your payment.

Filing a complaint on the MPOnline portal

• Mention all the requested information in this form, including your name, address, phone number, email address, complaint language, complaint information, service type, and complaint details.
