PGVCL portal: Steps to pay electricity bill 

• To begin, go to the official site of the PGVCL portal.  

• Head to the “consumer” section on the home page.  

• Under the “Consumer section”, select “Online Payment”  

• A new payment page will open. 
• Read the instructions carefully. 
• Now select the “NEFT/RTGS” link displayed on the left-hand side of the table.

• You will be redirected to a new page. 
• Enter your consumer number and other relevant details and click on the submit button. 

• Verify Payment Details and continue processing by clicking the Pay Now button.
• The screen for Quick Online Pay will be forwarded to Payment Gateway.
• After payment has been processed, the Payment Acknowledgement will be shown.
• You can obtain a copy of the payment confirmation by clicking the Print button.
• This way, you can successfully pay your bill online.

These are the payment services you can avail of while paying your bills online. 

• Net banking has no transaction processing costs for a single transaction per bill. For more than one transaction per bill, customers will be charged processing fees of Rs. 2.50 for each transaction.
• Similarly, the fee for wallets and other EBPP channels for a single transaction per bill is nil. For multiple transactions per bill, users would be charged Rs. 2.50 for each transaction in processing fees.
• Customers will be charged a transaction processing fee of 0.75 per cent of the transaction amount for a value up to Rs. 2000.00/- plus applicable service tax and 1.00 per cent of the transaction amount for more than Rs. 2000.00/- plus applicable service tax (subject to a minimum of Rs. 5.00/- plus applicable service tax).
• Credit card transaction fees are 1.00 per cent of the transaction amount. As a result, customers will be charged the applicable service tax (subject to a minimum of Rs 5.00).

PGVCL portal: Steps to view bill

• To begin, go to the official site of the PGVCL portal. 

• Scroll down the home page, and on the right side, you will see a table. 
• Click on the link displayed “ Consumer Bill View”  

• You will be redirected to a new page. 
• Enter your consumer number to retrieve the last bill and payment information. 

PGVCL: Steps to apply for new connection 

• To begin, go to the official site of the PGVCL portal. 

• Scroll down the home page, and on the right side, you will see a table. 
• Click on the link displayed “ New Connection Application” 

• You will be redirected to a new portal. 
• On the right-hand side, click under the blue box which says “Register now!” 

• An application form will open where you have to enter all the details carefully to successfully apply for a new connection.    

Steps to make quick online payment

• To begin, go to the official site of the PGVCL portal. 

• Scroll down the home page, and on the right side, you will see a table. 
• Click on the link displaying “ Quick Payment.”  

• Scroll down and enter your SR No. or Consumer No.
