PMG Disha 2022
The people living in rural regions around the nation are the core demographic for this specific campaign. Families living in rural regions, who do not have a single member who is computer proficient and who does not have access to the internet, will be eligible to receive benefits from the PMGDISHA 2022 initiative.
One member of a household will get training in areas linked to computers as part of this programme. There will be an application process to be a part of the Prime Minister’s Rural Digital Literacy Campaign 2022.
PMG DISHA 2022: Goal of Rural Digital Literacy Campaign in 2022
According to a 2014 poll by the National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) on educational attainment, just 6% of rural Indian families have access to a computer at home. The majority of rural residents are either illiterate or have less schooling. As a result, more than 15 million households lack access to computers.
