Aadhaar card status offline with mobile number

As mentioned above, you need some prerequisites for using this method. First, you need your Aadhaar acknowledgement slip that contains your Enrollment ID, and you will also need your registered and verified Aadhaar mobile number. Once you have all the required information, follow these steps. 

  • Use your Aadhaar registered mobile number to call this Toll-free number —1800-300-1947.
  • Stay on the line until an agent takes your call.
  • The agent will ask you for your Enrollment ID; tell them your Enrollment ID exactly as it is printed on your acknowledgement slip.
  • Once you give them the Enrollment ID, they will verify your Enrollment ID with the Aadhaar database.
  • If the information checks out, the agent will tell you the status of your Aadhaar card.
