Real estate developer Casagrand, has launched a ‘wellness community’ project named ‘Casagrand Tudor’ at Mogappair, in Chennai. Spread across 6.31 acres, Casagrand Tudor will offer 441 premium 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments, ranging between 995 sq ft and 2,228 sq ft, with prices starting from Rs 5,799 per sq ft. The project, which will have over 50 wellness, entertainment and lifestyle facilities, is scheduled to be handed over in 21 months.

Commenting on the project, Eshwar N, executive vice-president, marketing, Casagrand said, “This project has dedicated facilities for children, senior citizens, young professionals, etc. Keeping the lifestyle of current home buyers in mind, we have given special attention to wellness and healthy living, by designing unique amenities and ample open green space.” Facilities focusing on wellness include 1.2 acres of green podium space, podium gardens with air-purifying plants, antibacterial plants at the premises, an oxygen-infused clubhouse, chlorine-free ‘eco-smart’ swimming pool, etc. The apartments also feature air purifiers, vitamin C shower and mosquito traps. The property offers indoor amenities like gym, yoga room, party hall, spa/steam/sauna room, salon, guest room, business centre and a dedicated association room. Outdoor activities include a meditation deck, interactive water feature, outdoor party lawn, amphitheatre, outdoor gym. Other amenities include a toddlers’ pool, indoor games room, crèche, board games room, video games room, skating rink and a skating ramp.
