Sheth Corp has announced the launch of two new towers at its township in Thane. The towers – Glade and Fern, will be part of the Vasant Lawns township, near Kapurbawadi junction on the Eastern Express Highway. Fern consists of 2-BHK, 3-BHK and 4-BHK apartments, with carpet areas of 706 sq ft, 951 sq ft and 1,536 sq ft, respectively, whereas, Glade consists of 3-BHK apartments, with carpet areas starting from 998 sq ft.

Vasant Lawns, built over 7 acres, has over 40 amenities. The entire township is on a raised podium level and even the towers have high entrance lobbies. It comprises green spaces, with amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool, jogging track, playground, dedicated corner for senior citizens, multi-purpose court, etc. The apartments have vitrified flooring, decorative main door, security and safety features, well-equipped kitchens, etc.
