  • Proposed Signature bridge project that will connect to Delhi and other surrounding cities of the NCR region.
  • Indira Gandhi National Airport T-1/T-2 of Delhi.
  • Five metro stations, namely, Vishwavidyalaya metro station, GTB Nagar metro station, Model Town metro station, Vidhan Sabha metro station and Jahangir Puri metro station.

Tronica City is a budding place at present and the general price trends in Tronica City at present range around Rs 9,000-11,500 per sq ft. There are many housing projects where the prices are around Rs 15 lakh, Rs 75 lakh and almost Rs 3 crore, for 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3-BHK flats, respectively.

Reasons to invest in Tronica City
