Steps to order PVC Aadhaar card
Step 1: Visit uidai.gov.in. Under the ‘Get Aadhaar’ tab, click on the ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ option.

Step 2: Log in using your 12-digit Aadhaar number to proceed. Those with a registered mobile number can proceed with this option.
Step 3: Input your Aadhaar number and Captcha and click on ‘Send OTP’. Enter the OTP and click ‘Login’.
Step 4: On the new page click on the ‘Order Aadhaar PVC card’ option.
Step 5: On the next page check the terms and conditions box and click on the ‘Make Payment’ option. Preview your Aaadhar details to make sure that they are correct.
Step 6: Choose your preferred mode of payment and complete the payment process.
Step 7: Once the payment is successful, the screen will show you an acknowledgement slip. Save this for future reference.

Step 1: In case your mobile number is not registered, go to the official UIDAI site and input your 28-digit enrolment ID to log in and click on check box next to ‘My mobile number is not registered.’
Step 2: Now, input your unregistered mobile number and click on ‘Send OTP.’ Accept all terms and conditions. Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the one-time password (OTP) verification.
