Cuffe Parade is a part of the Central Business District of Mumbai, located in the southern tip of Mumbai, next to Nariman Point. This rich area in Mumbai was developed by reclaiming 75,000 sq metres of land on the western shore of Colaba and is now dotted with residential and commercial skyscrapers, where property prices have touched at exorbitant levels. With a number of five-star hotels in its proximity, the posh Mumbai area lies close to the cantonment area, which has restricted the height of high-rises in Cuffe Parade, therefore, losing out on some popularity to Worli and Prabhadevi

Also home to India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, Altamount Road in Tardeo is an important arterial road in south Mumbai that connects important commercial areas in the region. 4. Juhu

Average property prices in Juhu: Rs 44,442 per sq ft

Juhu is located in the western suburbs and is counted amongst the Mumbai expensive areas. Celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar and Akshay Kumar own villa properties here, which is otherwise an unusual property type in a city like Mumbai. The location, which is one of the best areas to live in Mumbai has a handful of marquee real estate assets and a number of low-rise buildings, offering independent builder floor options.

Recently, Hrithik Roshan too bought two majestic apartments on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. Recently, Radhakishan Damani, billionaire investor and founder of D-Mart bought a bungalow in south Mumbai’s plush Malabar Hill locality for Rs 1,001 crores. The property is a ground-plus-two-storey bungalow named Madhukunj, located on the leafy Narayan Dabholkar Marg. The house is spread over a 1.5-acre land parcel and has a total built-up area of around 60,000 sq ft. The market price based on the ready reckoner rate is around Rs 724 crores.

Sunny Leone buys Rs 16-crore apartment in Andheri suburb

Bollywood actress Sunny Leone bought a 4,365-sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri suburb, for Rs 16 crores. The transaction attracted stamp duty of Rs 48 lakhs. The apartment is on the 12th floor in the project, Atlantis. The actress will also have access to three mechanised car parks.

Janhvi Kapoor buys Rs 39-crore triplex in Juhu

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor started 2021 by purchasing a new house in Mumbai’s Juhu area, worth Rs 39 crores. Janhvi’s new house is spread across three floors in a Juhu building. The total area is 3,456 sq ft, for which the actress paid Rs 78 lakhs as stamp duty. Janhvi currently stays with her father, Boney Kapoor and sister, Khushi Kapoor, in Lokhandwala area.
