GLADA conducts online auctions to enable customers to acquire properties from a variety of listed alternatives, including:
- Multiplex/ multi-speciality hospital/ other hospital site /hotel site/ nursing home sites/ group housing sites /school sites and other chunk sites
- Single storey shops
- Residential plots
The intended bidders must deposit the refundable/adjustable eligibility fee specified which must be paid in advance online through the e-auction platform and is totally refundable/adjustable. Once all criteria and requirements have been completed, the authority will publish the winners’ list on the website.

Enter the Allottee User ID and Password as provided. If the Allottee does not remember his or her user ID/password, it can be acquired through SMS by choosing the ‘Know your UPN and Password’ option in the login box. For authentication purposes, the allottee will submit the name and Letter of Intent/allotment number. Additionally, the allottee will submit his cell phone number to get SMS alerts about the password.

Step 4
Following successful submission, the allottee will be presented with the following alternatives. The allottee may pick only one option at a time.
- Pay Now: To complete the online payment
- My information: Allottees can examine and update their personal information, such as their cellphone number and email address, to get all types of SMS and email notifications about their property.
- View Ledger: The allottee has full access to the property’s information.
- Change Password: The allottee can modify his or her current password.
Regularisation of plots/buildings that are part of unregistered colonies have been implemented by the Government of Punjab to give basic amenities to their occupants and to put the unlawful colonies into a planned framework.
Steps for submitting application
Offline mode
- Step 1: Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.punjabregularization.in or collected from Sewa Kendras/HDFC bank.
- Step 2: Manually complete the application form and send it to the local Sewa Kendra/HDFC Bank along with the requisite papers (8 copies for colonies and 4 copies for plots/buildings).
- Step 3: The applicant can pay by credit card, debit card, net banking, point of sale, or by demand draft made payable to Chief Administrator PUDA.
- Step 4: Collect the receipt for the uploaded file, which will include a computer-generated application number.
Online mode
- Step 1: To apply online, please visit www.punjabregularization.in and click on the ‘Apply Online’ button.
- Step 2: Register for an account and pick the right option:
- Applied under new policy
- Applied under previous policy
- Step 3: Complete the application form and attach any necessary documents.
- Step 4: Make the required payment through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
