Revenue services

Licences for revenue services can also be obtained online using the official Chhattisgarh e-district site, also known as lok seva kendra CG. These include: 

• Chhattisgarh kerosene merchant licence
• Agricultural land / converted RBC 6
• Natural disaster relief aid
• Certificate of court order of revenue court

All such licences and certificates may be obtained online using this portal; the procedure can take at least three months.

CG e District portal login

You need to follow the given steps to successfully login to the CG e-district portal:

Step1: To login to the e-district  Chhattisgarh portal, go to its official website CG edistrict.cgstate.gov.in. On the website’s home page, click on the ‘Citizen’ option.

Step2: If you are enrolling for the first time online, you must first click on ‘Click Here for New Registration’.

Step 3: Following that, a new form will appear on your screen. This form must be filled out properly and submitted.

After registration, you can use your credentials to access the portal.

E-district CG portal: How to view the list of certificate services

Step 1: Visit the official website of the e-district Chhattisgarh. On the homepage of e district CG website, you will notice the ‘Services’ section, which includes the choice of ‘Certificate Services’. You must select this option.

Step 2: The following page will appear when you click on the selection. This page contains the list of services available.

CG e District portal: How to apply for a certificate

Step 1: On the homepage of the CG e District portal, select the ‘Certificate Services’ option.

Following that, you will see a list of certificate services.

Step 2: To apply for the certificate click on ‘Details’ on the right side. For example, clicking on details for ‘Ayush – Application for Qualification Registration’ will open the following page:

Step 3: To get the certificate, ensure that you are logged in. Then, fill up the application form and attach the documents required. Once you submit the application you will receive a reference number, as an acknowledgement.

Step 1: On the official website – CG edistrict.cgstate.gov.in , select the ‘Check Application Status’ option.

Step 2: A new page will open, where you must input the ‘Application Reference Number’ obtained earlier, to track the progress of your application.
