Representatives from Shree Infrastructure also took many questions from the audience. One of the viewers, Soumyojit Biswas, asked, “How do you update your buyers about construction status? What is the status of your project now? Are you expecting any delays?” Malani said that at the moment work on the clubhouse had begun. Within the next three months, 50%-60% of the work in each of the bungalows was expected to be completed. He also added that the firm was expecting no delays in the construction plan.
Another viewer, Kevin Sebastian asked, “Is it a good time to buy a property in Vadodara? I am waiting for the right time and expecting pro-buyer announcements from the government, especially during Budget 2021.” Shailesh Tiwari, city head for Vadodara, replied that there was no good or bad time to buy an asset if one’s budget allowed it. Post-pandemic, financial institutions have announced low interest rates and buyers must take advantage of this, he said. Not only this, real estate developers are also rolling out discounts and spot offers, to appeal to prospective buyers. This undoubtedly is the best time to buy, he concluded.

Another question taken up during the webinar was, “Are there any ongoing offers in your project Shree Four?” Rawal said that for webinar attendees and for those who booked the property in January 2021, solar panels and gold coins were up for grabs. Buyers could also avail of ongoing spot offers from time to time.
