Taking the price trends in Sector 34 into consideration, there is a depreciation of property prices over the last one year. The major issues of Sector 34 are limited number and variety of residential properties and also frequent power cuts, which goes up to 8-10 hours sometimes. However, with the upcoming Resortico project and the proposed Dwarka-Gurgaon metro connectivity, it won’t be a bad decision to invest in this area, as there will be price appreciation of the residential properties for sure in the near future.
