Kalpataru has announced the launch of a new luxury tower, ‘Camellia’, at its existing 5.4-acre project, Kalpataru Paramount, located close to Kapurbawdi, in Thane west. Camellia is the third tower to be launched at Kalpataru Paramount and will offer three configurations of 2BHK luxury apartments across 33 floors. The project incorporates a unique ‘Chamfered Triangle’ design, which is a triangle with flattened corners. This shape ensures that each room has an independent view and that no window overlooks another apartment.

Designed by architect Kiran Kapadia, and landscaping done by Singapore-based Tectonix Limited, the amenities at the project include two clubhouses, an infinity pool, a toddlers’ pool and poolside cabana, fitness centre, gym and spa, activity and indoor games room, children’s play area, multi-purpose court and a party hall.

The project is located on the main road, just off the Kapurbawdi Circle and is close to the upcoming metro rail lines, the Thane circular railway, as well as Ghodbunder Road and Thane railway station. The project is RERA registered.
