Headquartered in Hyderabad, Ramky Infra has five zonal offices to manage its business operations and Ramky Infrastructure real estate projects throughout the country, besides an office at Sharjah in United Arab Emirates (UAE) to manage international operations. The company, with its pan-Indian presence, has contributed substantially to the growing infrastructure needs all over India.
Ramky Infra operates in three principal business segments, with the Construction Business being operated directly by the Company while the Developer Business being operated through its subsidiaries and associates. The International Business is operated by Ramky Infra’s wholly owned subsidiary in the UAE, Ramky Engineering and Consulting Services FZC, which takes up activities of overseas business explorations in areas like infrastructure development, roads and water and waste water. Headed by the Chairman Shri Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy, this Group is ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001 certified for quality Management Systems, Environment Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. These are applied by the company to the design, development, engineering, procurement, and construction of projects. The ongoing projects by this Group include- Discovery City, a 750 acre landmark offering that boasts of being India’s first ever registered and integrated ‘Green Township’. Currently, there are many under construction Ramky Infrastructure residential projects in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag, and Chennai.
