The 36-storey, Vastu-compliant tower, will offer 2 and 3-BHK units, with prices starting from Rs 1.14 crores.
The I Tower, like other towers at Azziano, will provide access to all the amenities in Urbania township, which is already home to several families. Azziano is one of the premium set of residential towers in Urbania township, located in Majiwada, Thane west. Phase 2 is under construction, wherein, towers F, G, J and H have already been launched and the I tower has now been launched.

Speaking on the launch of the tower, Percy S Chowdhry, director of Rustomjee Group said: “The demand for 2 and 3-BHK flats, has gone up considerably in the last few years and Thane has gradually become a preferred investment option for aspirational housing. Given the overwhelming response towards Rustomjee Urbania township, we have launched the 36-storey tower, at a price that this segment is comfortable with.”
The township offers its residents with amenities, like podiums with swimming pool, cafeteria, gymnasium, amphitheatre, alfresco dining area, yoga hall, library, spa and sauna, conference room, outdoor play areas, party halls, barbeque pods and senior citizen areas, among other facilities. Rustomjee Urbania has received a Pre-Gold Rating from the IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). It also houses the Rustomjee Cambridge International School, which is affiliated with the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) program of the University of Cambridge.
