1 Bhutani Alphathum

This is the largest commercial project of Noida and is being developing by Bhutani Group. Having total area of 25 acres in Noida Sector-90, the project will have large floor plates for offices, modern amenities, huge common sitting area, fountains, large car parking for visitors and owners both. There are 3 tall towers that will have about 1,500 office units. The project will have many luxury features like sky lounge and business suites. There will also be jogging tracks and terrace gardens. It will also have Infinity Pool, which will be one of the largest swimming pools in the country measuring about 900 feet in length.
2 Great India Place
Great India Place mall, commonly known as GIP mall, is located in sector-38A Noida and is adjacent to sector-18 Noida metro station. It is currently operating 258 stores and shops which are occupied with several renowned brands. This has been developed by Unitech Group. It has six big cinema screens and Shoppers Stop store. It was one of the first malls in Noida and enjoys great location. It is surrounded by commercial and even residential projects and has fairly good connectivity from all modes of transport.

3 Noida One
Noida One project is spread over 16.06 acres of land and is centrally located. It has been developed by KLJ Developers and Pioneers Group in Sector-62 Noida. It has large flor plates and offers Grade A office space. It is a fully operational project with all of its 13 floors dedicated to offices only. It is an IT complex with 6 lakh square feet of space. Many known companies like HCL, Oracle, IBM and Samsung have their offices running. In this project there are three main towers with the facility of ample car parking space. There are banks, restaurants and ATMs premises. The metro train connectivity has improved connectivity to this project.
