Xanadu Realty has announced the launch of a project that offers lifestyle plots in a residential gated community at Dapoli, India’s only coastal hill station. The project, titled Codename B.L.I.S.S (Branded Land Investment Stocks Scheme) on the Konkan coast, is at a five-hour’s drive from Mumbai and Pune. The project will have a completely digitised selling procedure, with an easy pre-booking process, for customers to reserve the plots of their choice. The plots begin at a price of Rs 9.90 lakhs for a 2,500-sq ft plot.

Speaking about the project, Samujjwal Ghosh, director, Xanadu Realty, said: “Our objective was to achieve democratisation of land buying for consumers in India. We decided to do this by simplifying all hurdles to land ownership and this has been facilitated with the introduction of Codename B.L.I.S.S, which offers a rare opportunity to invest in a development of this scale.”

The project, which offers curated land parcels besides the sea, will have infrastructure such as electricity, roads and water already provided, clear ownership documents including individual 7/12 extract and encumbrance certificates, in a thematic development with world-class amenities.
