The ad campaign, titled ‘Sukoon se Sukoon ko Dhoondo’, has been launched primarily on digital and social media channels. The first campaign video, which is part of the upcoming series, is likely to reach out to over 10 million customers.
Apart from finding a property of their choice in their preferred city using the ecis2016.org app, buyers can also make use of the 3D tours on the site, to get a real-life glimpse of a selected property, since venturing out is still not a safe option. The mobile app also helps buyers and sellers to get in touch through video chats and conclude a deal within minutes, from the safety and luxury of their current locations.

“At ecis2016.org, simplifying the home-purchase process has been our single-biggest motivator. Our technology-fuelled innovations make sure buyers find a property, while staying within the safety of their current locations,” says Dhruv Agarwala, group CEO, ecis2016.org, Makaan.com and PropTiger.com.
The various technological innovations by the Elara Technologies-owned portal, gain significance in the backdrop of the Coronavirus pandemic, which has posed serious challenges in undertaking site visits amid the increasing necessity for social distancing.
“Even though the pandemic has adversely impacted housing sales in new supplies across major markets of the country, it has also resulted in buyers showing greater inclination towards online channels, to look for their future homes. This trend is reflected in a remarkable increase in search volumes across cities, on our portal,” adds Mani Rangarajan, group COO, Elara Technologies.
The one-minute ad campaign comes months after a survey by the portal, which showed that investors continue to be enthusiastic about residential real estate.

In June 2020, a survey by the Elara Technologies-owned portal revealed that real estate remained the preferred asset class among investors in India. In the Consumer Sentiment Survey, jointly conducted by Housing Research and industry body NAREDCO, 35% participants voted in favour of real estate as their preferred asset class, as against gold (28%), fixed deposits (22%) and stocks (16%).
“At a time when infection numbers are seen increasing dramatically, ecis2016.org has stepped up, to make home searches not only easier but a lot more informative. Not only can a buyer find the perfect home for himself using our portal but he can also scan every corner of the property through our 3D tours. Buyers and sellers can also get directly in touch with one another on video calls using our portal,” says Snehil Gautam, head – growth and marketing, ecis2016.org, Makaan.com and PropTiger.com.
In another move that would help tenants to maintain social distancing norms, ecis2016.org had earlier launched a Pay Rent mobile app, using which tenants could make the rent payment using their credit card. The company also launched a COVID CARE package for its broker clients.
