Godrej Properties to develop premium group housing project, in Bengaluru

[ecis2016.org] Mumbai-based real estate developer, Godrej Properties, has announced that it will develop a premium group housing project on Magadi Road, in west Bengaluru, having almost six lakh sq ft of saleable area

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), on July 3, 2017, announced that it has signed a ‘development management’ agreement, to develop a premium group housing project on Magadi Road, in west Bengaluru.

This project will offer approximately 58,000 sq metres (approximately 6,00,000 sq ft) of saleable area and is located in close proximity to the central business district (CBD), Race Course, Majestic and Rajarajeshwari Nagar. This is GPL’s first project in the micro-market of west Bengaluru and its eleventh project in the city.

Pirojsha Godrej, executive chairman, Godrej Properties, said, “We are happy to add this new project in a great location in Bengaluru. Bengaluru is a key market for us and this project fits well with our strategy of expanding our presence across the country’s largest real estate markets.”

Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 13.22 million sq metres (135.29 million sq ft) in 12 cities.
