Rajasthan Housing Board allotment procedure
All applicants need to pay a processing fee, to apply for any auction or lottery scheme. This fee may vary, depending upon the category.

Rajasthan Housing Board: Latest schemes
All India Services Residency Scheme, Jaipur: The Rajasthan Housing Board has come out with a scheme exclusively for government officers, such as IAS and IPS, of Rajasthan cadre. Under this scheme, around 180 luxury flats will be allotted around Haldi Ghati Marg, near NRI Colony in Pratap Nagar. Around 149 flats have already been allotted through a lottery system, on June 29, 2021. The remaining units will be allotted in the next one month, for which applications will be invited in due time.
Plots in Kota, Bikaner, Jaipur: The Rajasthan Housing Board was offering plots at prime locations in Kota, Bikaner and Jaipur in January 2021, through e-auction. For this, an applicant was required to pay at least 13% of the cost online, as earnest money deposit, to participate in the bidding process. The auction closed on January 22, 2021.
Premium commercial properties in Jaipur and Sawai Madhopur: Shops and showroom spaces were being offered in the prime market location, through e-auction. This scheme also ended on January 22, 2021. However, a few shops are still available and interested applicants can contact the RHB to apply for it.
