With the real estate sector showing signs of continuous growth in Vasai-Virar, the region’s infrastructure is also likely to improve in the coming years. Vasai–Virar has its own municipal body – the Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC). The area is very well-connected to other parts of Mumbai, via rail and bus networks. There are many schools in the area but it lacks post graduate colleges.

Existing and proposed physical infrastructure
There is a proposed corridor from Virar to Alibaug that will extend connectivity to NH 3, 4 and 8. The proposed corridor will also provide access to the new airport coming up in Navi Mumbai. Vasai-Virar is very close to Mira Road as well as Ghodbunder Road. The existing infrastructure, makes it an ideal location for the affordable and mid-segment housing.
