  • Kuncha: It is popularly used in Andhra Pradesh. 484 square feet make 1 Kuncham.
  • Ground: It is used in Tamil Nadu. If someone says one ground in Tamil Nadu, they mean 2400 square feet of land.
  • Cent: It is a land measurement unit used in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. 1 cent is equal to 435.6 square feet.
