Tulip Infratech has announced a new project, ‘Tulip Yellow’, at Sector 69, Gurugram. The 26-storey towers will have approximately 630 luxury apartments of 3BHK configuration. The super area of each apartment will be 1,704 sq ft, with four apartments on each floor. The apartments will be priced at approximately Rs 94 lakhs.

Speaking about the launch, Parveen Jain, CMD of Tulip Infratech said, “We believe there is an untapped potential in the luxury housing sector linked with the price factor. Other amenities include a swimming pool with a lounge deck, skating park, cricket pitch, jogging track, tennis court, multi-purpose court, badminton court, meditation garden, yoga deck and a children’s play area.
