The Hiranandani Group has launched an uber luxury project, ‘One Hiranandani Park’, on Ghodbunder Road, in Thane. Eight towers that have been opened up in the project with nearly 900 units, offer ready-to-move-in luxurious and promote the walk-to-work concept. The project spans across 21 acres on the main Ghodbunder Road and offers scenic views of the Yeoor Hills.

One Hiranandani Park, which is ready for possession 1.5 years ahead of its delivery date, will have well-designed, spacious and luxurious apartments, for which the demand is rising in upmarket of Thane. The project will also have 20 acres of lush green space, jointly developed by the in-house horticulture team of Hiranandani Group and the Thane Municipal Corporation.
“In today’s scenario, Thane market lacked luxury products for the affluent home buyers. One Hiranandani Park, in the prime location of Ghodbunder Road fills in the demand-supply gap for the need for luxury apartments in the evolving Thane market, which has witnessed a tremendous growth in residential, retail and commercial real estate over a period of time. The commercial relocation and industrial mobilisation due to GST, reflects huge growth potential for driving residential real estate,” the company said, in a statement.

Apartments in One Hiranandani Park will offer amenities such as air-conditioning and marble flooring in the living room dining room and bedrooms; large deck in the living/dining area in 3 and 4BHK residences; wooden laminated flooring in the common bedrooms in 3 and 4-BHK residences; corrosion-resistant plumbing and complete modular kitchen with platform, among others.
Other amenities include a swimming pool; football practice zone; tennis court; volleyball court; basketball practice court; children’s play area; jogging track; gymnasium; yoga and meditation area; squash court; games room and a badminton court, in addition to landscaped botanical gardens and water bodies.
