Prayagraj Development Authority is the new name for Allahabad Development Authority (ADA). Prayagraj, the official name of Allahabad, has a housing development commission known as PDA. More than a million people now live in the metropolis, which occupies an area of 365 square kilometres with a density of 4,200 people per square kilometre. The Prayagraj Development Authority was established in 1974, after the Uttar Pradesh Development Act of 1973, in response to the city’s rapid development.

ADA Housing programs

The Prayagraj Development Authority’s mission is to offer affordable housing to all segments of society within the metropolitan and village borders of Prayagraj City and Village. PDA has created 72 housing schemes throughout the years to help allocate units for different PDA development projects. The Prayagraj Nagar Nigam has received 41 of these projects. Mausam Vihar, Jagriti Vihar, and Yamuna ViharJagriti Vihar are the most recent housing projects created by the Prayagraj Development Authority 2021.

  • Mausam Vihar

The Prayagraj Development Authority created the Mausam Vihar Awasiya Yojana program to provide a low-cost housing option for the people of Prayagraj. The PDA has established the Mausam Vihar, a multi-level housing project with 147 units, as a part of this effort. June 2016 was when the project’s allotment registration began.

This plan included apartments with two and three bedrooms. Only eight of the 147 units available had 3BHK configurations, while 139 units had 2 BHK configurations.

Prayagraj’s Prayagraj Development Authority introduced the Naini Awas Scheme in Yamuna Vihar in 2017 to provide affordable homes for the city’s population. PDA has launched a multi-level residential building with 1,152 units in Yamuna Vihar as part of this effort. Starting in June 2017, the project’s allocation registration began.

This plan only provided options for two-bedroom residences. With the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme, an enticing aspect was a 4 percent interest reimbursement on a loan of INR 9,00,000.

The Prayagraj Development Authority created the Jagriti Vihar program to provide a low-cost housing option for the city’s people. To meet this goal, PDA has created the Jagriti Vihar, a multi-level housing area with 263 units. The project’s enrollment registration began in December 2016, with monthly allocations.

In addition to housing for the middle and lower-income brackets, this program also provided accommodation for the lower-income brackets (MIG-Mini).

1.Navigate to https://pdaprayagraj.in/Index to access the PDA website.

2. Underneath the header on the main page, click on “Online Property Management System.”

3. It will launch a new webpage; click on the tab labelled “New Registrations.” Existing users may also log in using this page.

4. The “New Registration” button may be accessed by clicking on it.

5. It will direct you to the registration form, where you may input your personal information and sign up. You’ll need your Aadhar Card handy when you do this.
