  • You must have your Permanent Account Number (PAN) and the same should be mentioned on your application form. 
  • You and your partner can apply independently. In case both of you get selected, you will be allotted only one flat.
  • You must have your individual bank account.
  • There is no income-based criterion, except for the economically weaker section of the society. If you are applying through the EWS category, your annual income should not be over Rs 3 lakhs and family income over Rs 10 lakhs. Others can apply on the basis of their affordability, preference and requirement.

The registration fee for DDA Janta Flats under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 is Rs 10,000. You can register for the same through DDA’s official website, https://dda.org.in/. The flats are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Step 1: Visit the official website of DDA at https://dda.org.in/

Step 2: Select DDA Housing Scheme 2021 from the given options. 

Step 3: Click on Login for Applicant.

Step 4: A new page will open. On registering, you would have received a unique user ID and password via your registered email. Fill in those details.

Step 5: Verify your identity through captcha verification and click on LOGIN.

Step 6: After you have logged in successfully, you will get the DDA form.

Step 7: Here, you have to fill in your personal details, address, bank details, and preferences. You also have to upload your signature and photograph.

Step 8: After filling the application form, you have to pay the registration fees of Rs 10,000 for DDA Janta flats. The payment can be made through internet banking or NEFT/RTGS through challan.

Step 9: An Accept Slip will be displayed on your screen after the payment. Make sure you download it and take a printout for future reference.

Step 1: Go to the official website of DDA at https://dda.org.in/

Step 2: Click on the Payment option on the home page. 

Step 3: Click on the Online Payment for DDA Flats/Plots/Group Housing Properties/Cooperative Society option.

Step 4: A new page will open. Here, click on Generate Challan from the Main Navigation Menu.

Step 5: Choose Generate DDA Flats E-Challan and Make Payments from the drop-down box.

Step 6: Select the Janta housing scheme you are interested in.

Step 7: Next, choose your zone, locality and file number from the given list of options. 

Step 8: Fill in your personal details and select the type of payment you wish to make.

Step 9: Using captcha verification, verify your identity.

Step 10: Click on Generate.

Step 1: Open the official website of DDA at https://dda.org.in/

Step 4: Select DDA Flats from the given two options and enter your Challan number.

Step 5: Click on Search. If you have entered the correct challan number, the details regarding your payment will be displayed on the screen.
