Adani Group forays into Pune, with luxury residential project

[ecis2016.org] The Adani Group has forayed into the Pune real estate market, with the launch of a premier luxury residential project at Koregaon Park, which will offer apartments ranging from Rs 1.45 crores to Rs 1.55 crores

Adani Realty, the real estate arm of the Adani Group, has announced its entry into the Pune real estate market, with the launch of a luxury residential project at Koregaon Park. The project, named ‘Atelier Greens’, spread across an area of three acres, will have 256 luxury apartments. The project will offer homes of 2-BHK, 2.5-BHK and 3-BHK configurations, with carpet area of 900 to 2,000 sq ft. The apartments will be priced between Rs 1.45 crores and Rs 1.55 crores and will be ready for possession by 2021.

Commenting on the announcement, Pranav Adani, director of Adani Enterprises Limited said: “Adani Group is excited to come to Pune city. This move marks the Group’s intent to keep expanding its footprint and we are delighted to take this step forward through our real estate arm – Adani Realty. Pune promises immense opportunity in the real estate sector, being one of the most attractive and top-performing markets in the country.”

Designed by the Arch Group International, Atelier Greens will sport unique vertical gardens and apartments that are Vastu-compliant. Other amenities will include air-conditioned rooms, multi-tier security camera systems, children’s play area, rainwater harvesting facility, a swimming pool and dedicated parking slots. Adani Realty is presently developing close to 13 lakh sq metres of real estate space, including residential, commercial and social club projects across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Kochi and Mundra.

Talking about the launch, Ajay Munot, CEO of Adani Realty said, “Indian real estate is going through a rapid transformation. The profile of home buyers in the luxury real estate is now more distinct than ever before. They are well-travelled and have a taste for finer things from across the world.
