  1. PMAY-Grameen (PMAY-G): The centrally funded housing scheme
  2. Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (BPGY): Odisha’s flagship programme that replaced the Mo Kodia Yojana when it was launched in 2014.

Subsidy amount under rural housing scheme in Odisha

The state government offers eligible candidates financial assistance of up to Rs 1.30 lakh to construct homes spread over at least 25 square meter. Subsidy amount is capped at Ra 1.20 lakh for cities that are not part of the Integrated Action Plan.

Funds are released in four instalments through direct funds transfer mode to the beneficiary’s account from the nodal state account in following manner:

How to check new beneficiary list online on RHOdisha in 2021?

To check the new list of beneficiaries, go to the home page of the RHOdiha portal, and click on the ‘ମୋ ଘର’ (my home) tap as shown in the image below.

On the Home page of the RHOdisha website, click on the ‘ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା କାର୍ଡଧାରୀ’ option.

Once you fill all the details, hit the search button and the page will display the names of new beneficiaries.
