How to find registered projects on RERA Rajasthan website?
Step 1: Visit the RERA Rajasthan online portal.
Step 2: Click on ‘Search’ and select ‘Project Search’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Enter the project status, district, promoter name, project name and registration number.
Step 4: Click on ‘Search’ and the results will be displayed.
How to find registered agents on RERA Rajasthan website?
Step 1: Visit the RERA Rajasthan online portal.
Step 2: Click on ‘Search’ and select ‘Agent Search’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Enter the district, agent name or registration number.

How to register project with RERA Rajasthan?
Step 1: Visit the RERA Rajasthan online portal.
Step 2: Click ‘Online Registration’ and select ‘Real Estate Project’ from the top menu bar.
Step 3: You will be redirected to Rajasthan’s single sign in portal. Select ‘Registration’ and choose ‘Udhyog’ or ‘Citizen’ or ‘Govt. Employee’.
Step 4: Fill in the details as required and furnish all the documents as listed below.
How to register as real estate agent with RERA Rajasthan?
Step 1: Visit the RERA Rajasthan online portal
Step 2: Click ‘Online Registration’ and select ‘Real Estate Agent’ from the top menu bar.
Step 3: You will be redirected to Rajasthan’s single sign in portal. Select ‘Registration’ and choose ‘Udhyog’ or ‘Citizen’ or ‘Govt. Employee’
Step 4: Fill in the details as required and furnish all the documents listed below.
RERA Rajasthan: Documents required
Documents required from promoters
- Application form.
- PAN card copy.
- Encumbrance details.
- Number of parking areas.
- Audited balance sheet of the promoter for the preceding financial year.
- Legal title deed copy, reflecting the title of the promoter to the land.
- If the promoter is not the land owner, then, a copy of the collaboration, development, joint development, or any other agreement.
Documents required from real estate agents
- Details of the company, such as name, registered address, type of enterprise, etc.
- Photograph of the property agent, in case of an individual and the photograph of partners, directors, etc., if it is not an individual.
- PAN card copy.
- Address proof copy of the place of business.

Step 2: Click ‘Grievance’ and select ‘Filing of Complaint’ from the top menu bar.
Step 3: You will be redirected to Rajasthan’s single sign in portal. Select ‘Registration’ and choose ‘Udhyog’ or ‘Citizen’ or ‘Govt. Employee’
Step 4: Fill in the details as required.
Step 5: Pay the fee of Rs 1,000 for filing the complaint, through online mode of payment.
