Recently, PM Narendra Modi, initiated the extension and modernisation project of JNPT, into a multi-product SEZ, along with highway connectivity. JNPT’s modernisation, will translate into the growth of the adjacent areas like Dronagiri. Realty developers have already shown keen interest in Dronagiri and the region’s infrastructure is expected to improve, as the realty market evolves.
