Godrej Properties, one of the premium real estate developers in India, has announced a ‘Dus-Ka-Dum’ offer for its three ready-to-move-in residential projects in Gurugram. The announcement was made during a live webinar with ecis2016.org on August 2, 2020. The projects where the offers will be applicable, include Godrej Aria in Sector 79, Godrej Oasis in Sector 88A and Godrej Summit in Sector 104. While unveiling the Dus-Ka-Dum bonanza, the Godrej team announced 10 offers that an investor can get, if the booking amount is paid before August 10, 2020. This includes:
- 10% discount on total property cost.
- Free lifetime club membership.
- No processing fees on loans from empanelled banks.
- Free designated car parking space.
- Zero external electrification charges, which vary from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2 lakhs, depending upon the unit’s size.
- Zero power back-up charges.
- Gift vouchers worth Rs 50,000, which can be exchanged for additional discount of same the value.
- Free rental helpdesk, if you want to give your property on lease.
- No preferential location charges.
- Rs 1 lakh additional discount on payment of booking amount.
Godrej also revealed special pricing and property options for the consumers in these projects.

Talking about the locational advantages of their projects in Gurugram, the panellists explained how all three projects are connected to major arterial roads of the region. While Godrej Aria in Sector 79 is connected to National Highway-8 and the Southern Peripheral Road, Godrej Oasis in Sector 88A is in proximity to Dwarka Expressway, the Western Peripheral Road and National Highway-8. Similarly, Godrej Summit in Sector 104 is close to Dwarka Expressway and Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3. All of these projects are low-density residential societies, with more 70% space as open areas, which is one of the major USPs of Godrej’s residential portfolio.

Representatives from Godrej Properties also discussed how the amenities in these projects have been planned, to cater to mid-segment home buyers but have a luxury classification. These projects have dedicated spaces for senior citizens, kids and recreational activities. A mini-theatre is also functional in these projects, where the residents can hold private screenings for families and friends. An open gymnasium, a café, a beautiful view of the Aravallis and a golf-course, are some of the other features of these projects. Also, each apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a modular kitchen and marble flooring.
According to Godrej Properties, all three projects are ready-to-move-in and investors can get the property registered by the next month. A number of families are already residing in these projects and all amenities are functional, including the 15,000-sq ft clubhouse.
