Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam, is an integrated township project in Chennai, and it has launched premium residential villa plots in the project. Strategically located on the GST Trunk road connecting two national highways of Bangalore and Chennai, Hiranandani Parks in Oragadam is privy to the Detroit of South East Asia’s largest auto hub. The premium villa plots have been launched under its new brand identity known as ‘Hiranandani Tierra’ which literally means mother earth. The launch of the premium villa plots spans across 35 acres of land in its second phase of the development. The project is registered under RERA and is DTCP approved.

The plotted development offers all common infrastructure like light, water and stormwater connection as available facilities registered under RERA. The pre-laid infrastructure, fully-functional township amenities, and sports facilities make the plots ‘ready to register’, allowing the owner the immediate registration of the piece of land. The owner can both withhold the plot as an investment instrument use it to construct the villa and reside within the township.

As a value-added service, the project also offers plans for a customised villa in terms of design and construction, built as per the Hiranandani ‘neo-classical architecture’ design. Apart from the modern civic infrastructure for individual plots, the project infrastructure for plotted development at Hiranandani Parks, also includes EB connection; sewage Connection; stormwater drains; telecommunication connection; beautiful paved roads and connectivity to the water treatment plant.
