Those who dislike staying in metro cities, owing to its traffic jams and congestion, will find Mana Uber Verdant an incredible place to live in. Located at Bangalore’s Sarjapur Road, Mana Projects Pvt Ltd has now come up with the second phase of Uber Verdant, offering luxurious abodes with 40+ amenities. The project was discussed in detail with the Mana Group, at a webinar during ecis2016.org’s Mega Home Utsav 2020, where Kevin Sam, GM-sales, explained what made the project an epitome of luxury and sought-after by people from all cultures. Also known as Uber Verdant II, Sam showcased the project which also has a mini forest. A live drone shoot was also conducted during the webinar, which showed that the construction was underway for the second phase while the first phase has already been finished.

The project is spread over an area of 6.5 acres and has a luxurious clubhouse with a host of indoor amenities. The project has 72% open space and will have immense greenery around, according to Sam. During the webinar, he also said that all the homes offered at Uber Verdant II are Vastu-compliant and will have large balconies with beautiful views.

He further informed the webinar viewers that Sarjapur Main Road was one of the hottest locations for investment in Bengaluru, where rates were appreciating fast. The project is located right on Sarjapur Main Road, at a distance of five minutes from WIPRO Office. There are a number of good schools, hospitals and shopping complexes, with a 10-km radius, which will make living here convenient and easy.

While discussing the project specification, Sam also said that the project already had all the approvals from the concerned authorities. The panelist also claimed that the project would have the largest clubhouse on Sarjapur Main Road, with more than 900 trees around the ground level. He further added that the building had been designed, considering the city’s wind flow and natural lighting. To keep the project green, an automated drip irrigation system will be installed. Other amenities available here include a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and sauna, multi-purpose hall, crèche with kids’ play area, table tennis, amphitheatre, exercise pads, fish pond and a relaxation deck, along with a clubhouse of 40,000 sq ft.

Interested buyers can make a booking by paying Rs 5 lakhs as the token amount. The remaining will be charged during the signing of the sale agreement and the balance as the construction progresses. Financial institutions such as State Bank of India, HDFC and Bajaj Housing Finance, are the banking partners at Mana Uber Verdant, for home loan purposes.
