According to Vishesh Shrivastava, one of the panelists at the webinar and project head at Proviso Group, the projects located in Roadpali Sector 17, have excellent connectivity via flyovers and expressways. There are three railway stations within a 5-km radius, which makes this area one of the finest locations in Navi Mumbai. For people coming from Kharghar or Vashi, the area is connected via the Sion-Panvel Highway. These projects are built on CIDCO-tender plots and the locations are 10 kms from the upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport and will have metro connectivity with Taloja, under Navi Mumbai Metro Phase II.

For the Panvel project, the panelist explained that the new airport is just 7 kms from the location and will be connected via the Mumbai Pune Expressway, as well as the Old Mumbai Pune Highway. The location is also in proximity to the upcoming Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link Road via JNPT Road.
While talking about the quality of Proviso Group’s projects, Rehan Adhikari, one of the panelists from Proviso, discussed the type of fittings and facilities that the developer has provided inside the flats. He said that the Proviso has made sure all the fittings in the apartments are from top-notch brands, to give a home buyer the satisfaction of staying in a high-quality housing complex.
