Rustomjee, on August 9, 2017, announced the launch of its special limited edition homes in their 30-storey standalone tower, Aurelia, which is a part of the Rustomjee Urbania township, in Thane west. Aurelia offers 2-BHK apartments ranging from 599-612 sq ft carpet area, coupled with rooftop amenities like a swimming pool, a stargazing deck and a party terrace. The 2-BHK homes are priced at Rs 1 crore plus taxes.

Speaking on the launch and inception of the tower, Percy S Chowdhry, director of Rustomjee Group said, “The demand for 2-BHK homes has gone up considerably in the last few years and Thane has gradually become a preferred investment option for aspirational housing. Given the heartening interest of home buyers, we have launched the special limited edition homes in Aurelia, at a price that this segment is comfortable with.”

Located in Majiwada, Thane west, Aurelia offers amenities like gymnasium, kids play area, senior citizen area and party/multi-purpose hall. The township is designed by renowned architect, Hafeez Contractor. Rustomjee Urbania also houses a multi-sports arena, the Rustomjee Cambridge International School and ‘Leon’s World’ – a space to provide children a stimulating environment. Rustomjee Urbania is the only township in Mumbai that has received a Gold Rating from IGBC (Indian Green Building Certificate).
