Sector 50 Property Market: An Overview

Sector 50 is a neighbourhood belonging to the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, more

commonly known as Noida. It is part of the NCR (National Capital Region) of India and is rated to the

greenest city in India. The township has emerged as a well-planned urbanised city well-connected to

Delhi and nearby cities in Northern India. Noida received many awards for its fine planning,

infrastructure and housing. Recent surveys have also revealed that Noida is the next best realty

destination after Mumbai. With numerous large companies and multinationals setting up offices and
