Noida being a market that is growing at a very fast pace, large-scale developments are happening in this project’s vicinity, which is an advantage for end-users and investors. This includes the Eastern Periphery Bypass Road and the Noida Expressway. In short, both, physical and social infrastructure, are developed. Compared to south Delhi, Noida promises infrastructure at par and housing at almost three times lower the property prices in south Delhi.
