Meebhoomi AP Bhulekh is the record of rights of land in Andhra Pradesh. Meebhoomi AP portal helps access digitised land records in an easy and convenient way in Andhra Pradesh. Apart from this, property owners can easily download the Meebhoomi passbook, also called as ownership certificate, from Meebhoomi, in one click. Meebhoomi portal can be accessed in both English and Telugu.

Now landowners can also download their Meebhoomi passbook online through the Meebhoomi portal. Here is the step-by-step process to download your e Meebhoomi passbook or electronic passbook:
- Visit the Meebhoomi portal and click on ‘Electronic Passbook’ from the top menu to access your Meebhoomi passbook.
- To access your Meebhoomi passbook, you will be redirected to a new page, where you have to mention your district, zone, village name and account number, along with the registered mobile number. Your Meebhoomi passbook will be generated.

Also known as Record of Right (ROR), Meebhoomi 1B is an extract of land record which is held by the Revenue Department of the state. Prior to the AP Meebhoomi digitisation of records, a register was maintained to list land records for every village separately. Now, you can download AP Meebhoomi 1B online for official purposes.
Meebhoomi Adangal
Meebhoomi Adangal AP is a detailed information regarding the land plot that is located in Andhra Pradesh. Also termed as Village Count Number 3 or Mee bhoomi Pahani AP, Meebhoomi Adangal is maintained by the village administration, to keep a detailed account of land, including type of land, nature, liabilities and other official information on AP Meebhoomi. It is used during sale of land or purchase of land in Andhra Pradesh.
Meebhoomi 1B and Meebhoomi Adangal: The difference
In case of 1B Adangal, the difference between Meebhoomi AP 1B and Meebhoomi AP adangal is that the Meebhoomi 1B document is kept by the tehsildar and Meebhoomi AP 1B mainly has the seller’s details. Mee bhoomi 1B can be used for bank loans and court cases, whereas the Meebhoomi adangal is a document that has details about the land type, nature of land and other information related to land only. Meebhoomi Adangal also lists information about whether the land has been mortgaged.

Your 1B records
- Visit the Meebhoomi portal and click on ‘1-B’ from the top menu and choose 1-B from the drop-down menu to view Meebhoomi 1B.
- You will be redirected to a new page on Meebhoomi portal where you can find the necessary information, after submitting requisite details such as district, zone, village name, etc. You can search Meebhoomi 1b document on the basis of five criteria – survey number, account number, Aadhaar number, Name of Pattadar and automutation records.

In February 2020, Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched automutation services, provided by the registration department on the Meebhomi web portal. Before this, land owners in the state had to make personal visits to the tehsildar’s office and MeeSeva centres for land mutation. Due changes have been made in the Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971, in order to initiate the automutation process in Andhra Pradesh. Users applying for automutation have to visit www.meebhoomi.ap.in website and apply for the same. They do not have to pay any charges for using this service on Meebhoomi web portal.
Meebhoomi Adangal: How to view and download?
Follow this step-by-step procedure to view and download your Meebhoomi AP Adangal search online:
- Visit the Meebhoomi portal and click on ‘Adangal’ from the top menu.
- From the drop-down menu, click on ‘Your Adangal’ to check Meebhoomi AP Adangal.
You will be redirected to a new page where you can find Meebhoomi Adangal information, after submitting requisite details such as district, zone, village name, etc. You can search Meebhoomi adangal AP on the basis of four criteria – survey number, account number, Aadhaar number and automutation records.

To view Village maps on Meebhoomi, go to Meebhoomi web portal and click on ‘Village Maps’ that can be seen on the homepage. You will reach http://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/VillageMap.aspx

Meebhoomi Field Measurement Book (FMB)
Meebhoomi Field Measurement Book is the collection of maps stored at the district-level office, used for recording the availability of land, boundaries and parcel size. These are usually hand-drawn and not to scale. If you want to access Meebhoomi FMB and search for land parcels available in the area, you can follow the below-given steps:
- Click Meeboomi FMB on the top menu of the Meebhoomi portal.
- You will be redirected to a new page on Meebhoomi web portal, where you will have to select the district, zone and village name, from the drop-down menu.
- Select the survey number from the menu and enter the captcha. Click on ‘Submit’ and the results will be displayed on the screen of the Meebhoomi web portal.

To get geo-referenced map on Mee bhoomi, click on ‘Geo-referenced’ tab on the homepage of Meebhoomi at meebhoomi.ap.gov.in. Click on Link 1 and you will reach Indian Geo-platform of ISRO.

Meebhoomi: How to link Aadhaar card?
You can link or check if your Aadhaar card is linked with your land and account number on the Meebhoomi portal.

You can also link other documents apart from the Aadhaar, to your Meebhoomi portal account. Follow this procedure:
- Visit the Meebhoomi web portal and click on ‘Aadhaar/other identities’ from the top menu and choose the second option ‘Mobile number linking/based on identity documents’ from the drop-down menu.
- Mention the district, zone, village and account number on Meebhoomi web portal. Click on ‘Get details’. Your details will be fetched, where you can upload any of these documents in PDF format – ration card, passport, voter ID card or pattadar passbook.

Land owners and new buyers can now search court disputes related to specific land on the Meebhoomi Portal. The details can be obtained by the following procedure:
*Visit the Meebhoomi portal and click on ‘Details of Court Disputes’ on the top menu.
* Click on the district where your property is located. For instance if you select ‘Srikakulam’, then click on it to to download the PDF and see court dispute details in that district.
*Download the PDF, to search whether your property is listed in it.

Meebhoomi: How to view details of revenue court cases?
Now you can view details of revenue court cases on Meebhoomi. To do so, click on ‘Others tab’ on the Meebhoomi portal and from the drop down box select ‘Details of Revenue Court Cases’.
On clicking on the number seen under respective court column of a district, details of all cases in that district will be seen.
When you click on the particular number you can see all case details including dispute ID, district name, mandal name, village name, survey number, dispute remarks, dispute description case or file number, present status, petitioner name and respondent name.

Meebhoomi: What if you lose your land documents?
If you have lost the Meebhoomi 1b adangal AP documents of your property, you need to follow the below-given procedure, to get a duplicate copy of meebhoomi AP adangal and meebhoomi AP 1B.
Step 1: File a complaint with the police about your missing documents of Meebhoomi Andhra Pradesh. It is extremely important for the buyer to file an FIR with the police. Keep the complaint copy safe.
Step 2: Advertise in the newspaper about missing 1B Adangal documents. It is mandatory for the owner to advertise the loss of the meebhoomi AP adangal and meebhoomi AP 1B.document in at least one English newspaper and any regional language newspaper.
