The Hiranandani Group has announced the launch of its luxurious 2-BHK ‘Boutique Homes’ at its landmark project, Hiranandani Gardens, in Powai, in Mumbai. The Boutique Homes will be a part of the Group’s ‘Atlantis’ project, which will have three towers with premium amenities and luxurious spaces, offering homes of 740 and 750 sq ft carpet area.

Prices of the units will begin at Rs 3.5 crores. With the project having received its occupancy certificate, it will not attract the GST of 12 per cent.

Atlantis, developed over a land parcel of 2.5 acres will have two towers of 27 storeys and one of 28 storeys, with a total of 201 units, offering views of the lake and the city. Amenities at the project include an exclusive clubhouse with swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall and a gymnasium. The semi-furnished apartments will have Italian marble flooring and fully-furnished modular kitchens, with home appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, chimney and washing machine.

Speaking about the project, Niranjan Hiranandani, co-founder and MD, Hiranandani Group, said: “Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, is more than just a premium address.
