Among those books that are especially intriguing is the Wisdom of Solomon. For people who don’t understand, Solomon is one of the most legendary characters in the Bible.

He had been the son of David and is alleged to be the cleverest man who has always lived. He’s painted mainly as a benevolent figure. However, what you see in this book will make you question what you’re told to consider him.

Wisdom of Solomon 2:1-24

  • 1 To the ungodly said, reasoning with themselves, but not right, our entire life is short and dull, and at the passing of a man, there’s no remedy: neither was there any man known to have returned from the tomb.
  • 2 For we are born in all experience: and we shall be hereafter as if we’d been: for the breath of our nostrils is as smoke, and the tiny spark at the moving of our soul
  • 3 That being extinguished, our body will soon be turned to ashes, and our spirit shall vanish as the soft atmosphere,
  • Our name shall be forgotten in time, and no person will have our functions at remembrance, and our life will pass away as the trace of a cloud, and will be dispersed as a mist, that’s driven off, together with the beams of sunlight, and conquer the heat.
  • 5 For our period is very shadow that passeth away; and following our conclusion, there’s not any coming: for it is fast sealed, and so no man cometh back again.
  • 6 Come there for let’s appreciate the good things that exist: let us speedily use creatures such as in childhood.
  • 7 Let us fill ourselves with costly wine and ointments: and let no flower of this Spring we.
  • 8 Let us crown ourselves with rosebuds until they are withered:
  • 9 Let not one of us go with no portion of our voluptuousness: let’s leave tokens of our joyfulness in each place: for this is our portion, and our lot is this.
  • 10 Let us oppress the poor man, don’t spare the widow, nor reverence the early grey hairs of the aged.
  • 11 Let our strength be the law of justice: for that which is feeble is found to be worth nothing.
  • 12 So let’s lie in wait for the righteous; since he’s not of our flip, and he’s clean contrary to our doings. He also upbraideth us with our breaking up of this legislation and objected to our infamy the transgression of education.
  • 13 HE professed to have the wisdom of the MOST HIGH, and calleth HIS self the kid of the LORD.
  • 14 HE was made to reprove our thoughts
  • 15 HE is grievous unto us even to behold, for HIS life isn’t like other men’s; HIS ways are of another style.
  • 16 We are prestigious of HIM as counterfeits: HE abstained from our ways as from filthiness: HE pronounced the end of this just to be blessed and maketh HIS boast that GOD is HIS daddy.
  • 17 Let’s see whether HIS words become true: and let us prove what will happen in the conclusion of HIM.
  • 18 For if the just man is the Son of THE MOST HIGH, then he’ll assist HIM and send HIM in the palms of HIS enemies.
  • 19 Let’s analyze HIM with despitefulness and torture, that we might know HIS meekness and prove HIS patience.
  • 20 Let’s condemn HIM using a shameful death: for by HIS mouth HE will be admired…

Vatican

This raises several important questions.

  • Who’s Solomon talking of murdering and having a shameful departure?
  • Why did the Vatican vote to possess those 14 books removed from the Bible?
  • Why did Solomon seem so mad and wrong in this book?

It appears that Solomon was talking of Jesus. However, Jesus was born approximately 900 years following his departure. Can he prophesy Jesus’ coming? Let us consider why this might be that Solomon was speaking about;

  • They murdered the SON using a shameful death.
  • The SON’s activities or styles were different from everybody else’s
  • HE claims to be and IS the kid of The MOST HIGH
  • He was a poor man who’d looked at Solomon and many others like him as counterfeits.
  • HE professes to possess knowledge of The MOST HIGH

Then hear that which Solomon has to say:

  • HE was created to reprove (criticize) our ideas
  • We’re esteemed of HIM as counterfeits: HE abstained from our ways as from filthiness: HE pronounced the end of this just to be blessed and make HIS boast that GOD is HIS daddy.
  • For when the just man is the Son of THE MOST HIGH, then he’ll assist HIM and send HIM in the palms of HIS enemies.

And one final thing I’d like to point out is if Solomon states;

  • Let’s oppress the poor man, don’t spare the widow, nor reverence the early grey hairs of the aged.

This truly disrupts everything we thought we understood. Solomon really and genuinely seems terrible. He’s also alleged to be the cleverest person ever.

Whatever is going on, we must undoubtedly research it further.
