Byculla: Physical infrastructure and liveability

Byculla is located in the heart of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. With a history of several textile mills in the area, Byculla is now an emerging real estate hotspot in Mumbai. Byculla is well-connected to all parts of the Mumbai, via rail and road networks, including the Western and Eastern Express Highways.

Connectivity: Byculla enjoys connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway and is also close to the Eastern Freeway. It is connected by the local rail network (Central Line) and has bus connectivity to all places in Mumbai.

Civic facilities: Byculla is close to Nagpada’s Durgadevi water reservoir. It enjoys regular water and power supply.

With good hospitals, schools and colleges in the area, Byculla has always attracted home buyers. The domestic airport is only 20 kms away from Byculla. Buses and taxis are easily available to parts of Mumbai. The real estate markets adjoining Byculla are witnessing huge redevelopment activities. Consequently, the demand for residential properties, is expected to remain strong.
