Sector 150

Located at the intersection of Yamuna Expressway and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, this area is currently witnessing massive real estate development, with some of the big real estate brands coming up with their projects in this area. The nearest metro station from here is in Sector 148, which lies on the Aqua Line of the Noida Metro. A number of projects here are ready-to-move-in but many are still under-construction, delayed or stalled, for various reasons. The area has good connectivity but limited public transportation.

Sector 49

Sector 49 is located along the Dadri Main Road, a key arterial road that connects some of the main localities of Noida with the entertainment hubs of Noida Sector 18 and Sector 37. A large part of Sector 49 is covered by Baraula, which is a semi-rural area and unused land. The location is surrounded by some of the posh pockets of Noida, including Sector 50 and has access to developed social and retail infrastructure. The area is connected via the Delhi Metro Blue Line, with three metro stations in its proximity – Wave City Centre Noida, Noida Sector 50 and Noida Sector 76. Sector 137

This is one of the most popular localities in Noida, owing to its connectivity via the Aqua Line metro, proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the availability of new properties with upscale amenities and modern infrastructure facilities. A number of branded projects have come up here, offering spacious homes in a modest price range. Most of the projects here are self-sufficient and have all basic amenities.

Sector 143

Sector 143 is another investment hotspot in Noida, which owes its popularity to easy connectivity from the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Noida Metro Aqua Line. With some good projects in the neighbourhood, this area has come up as a much-preferred locality for investors and end-users, mainly due to its link with the metro line, which connects it with some of the other important hubs of the region, including Greater Noida and Botanical Garden. Sector 73

Located along the Vikas Marg in Noida, Sector 73 is one of the popular investment hubs in Noida, because of its connectivity to the Delhi Metro Blue Line and the Noida Metro Aqua Line. Currently, the area has many low-rise apartments, which have gained preference due to the absence of high-rises in the locality. Since the area lies in close proximity to the employment hub of Sector 62 and Sector 63, the area is majorly populated by renters.
