Real estate agents have been known to create a network where they share inventory in order to hasten deal-making. Such networking has historically helped end-users as they are able to choose from a wider pool of properties. However, brokers interact offline and in some cases, on platforms such as Facebook. Needless to say, these ways have affected transparency in home buying. The introduction of apps has facilitated easy inter-broker conversations. The digital solutions allow brokers to find buyers all over the country instead of being confined to a single locality.
